GLOSSARY
| Class Member |
means a person or entity who asserts that he/she/it comes within the definition of a proposed class member for the purposes of the on-line registration system.

| Evacuated Area |
means the area located within the City of Toronto bounded by Keele Street, Highway 401, Sheppard Avenue and Dufferin Street. See map.

| Evacuation Address |
means the municipal address from which the class member(s) was evacuated as a result of the explosion that occurred on August 10, 2008 at the Sunrise Propane property located on Murray Street in Toronto, Ontario.

| Executor |
means executor or administrator of an estate of a deceased person or next-of-kin of a deceased person.
|
| Immovable property |
means property which, by its nature or how it is applied, cannot move itself. Examples of immovable property are land, buildings, plants, cabinets attached to the wall, toilets, pot lights and wall-to-wall carpeting.

| Incident |
means the explosion that occurred on August 10, 2008 at the Sunrise Propane property located on Murray Street in Toronto, Ontario.

| Movable property |
means chattels or things or personal property which may be moved from place to place. Examples of movables are clothing, furniture, jewelry, goods, food, motor vehicles, tools, books, electronics, artwork, pictures and area rugs.

| Municipal property |
means the address of the property where the damage occurred.
|
| Real property |
means land, buildings and items attached or built-in.
|
| Registration |
means registration within the on-line system.
